What have we learnt and improved from sharing our point of view with other group? Have we understood what is INCLUSIVE EDUCATION better?
Reflection by Umaima Kassemi Serroukh
"We are all different and unique"
We comprehend inclusive education as a democratic environment where students get a deep sense of responsibility, equality and justice and they learn to have initiative and intrinsic motivation. A community in which families, school, teacher and students all are part of it. School´s role is mainly to promote teachers constant formation, to adapt the curriculum and to provide special needs services. Teacher´s role will be to work through an own motivation and vocation, to apply ICTs in the classroom and they required to undergo continuous training. Families have to have an active participation along with the school and trust in teachers´ work, too. A coordination and dialogue designed to facilitate co-existence through the assemblies.
In addition, classroom environment is key. A space where students learn values such as respect and team work ones. All have the opportunity to integrate and equality is important but equity is the objetive. The diversity is seen as a way to enrich each other and all the students receive individual attention.
In general in the schools that promotes inclusive education, you will find heterogenous groups which share the same rules created in a democratic way. Mostly, they learn in a cooperative way. They remain active and they must help each other so personal responsibility and engagement turns very significant.
Innovation is essential. As I said before teachers must give all the tools to the students so they can feel adapted in this society of constant change. So, all the educational community have to remain open minded and be flexible. New technologies have an important role and above all an attitude of continuous improvement.
Othersiders also give a special attention to innovation in teacher´s formation and in a curricular change. What I really enjoyed from their conceptual map is that they included assemblies as an opportunity to deal with bullying. As we do, they also made a parallelism between inclusive education and life. They explained the attitude that you have to keep like tolerance and respect. And they also see the educational communities cooperating all together.
To conclude, I find this way of sharing very enriching since you get to know others point of view and how we see the same idea in a different way and also vey similar.

Reflections from Celeste Escalera Béjar
Inclusive education for Los Gochos it is defined with the sentence: "We are all diferent and unique" what it is a great advantage and opportunity for learn.
An inclusive education must have a cooperative environment were every body helps other to learn. How? With an active role, dialoguing with mates, helping others or being engage in the learning processes. As well, working inclusive it means continue innovation for adapting to the kids and society needs, for achieve it, is necesary to be open minded, flexible, adaptable, hard worker and improve continuely.
Work in inclusively it means a classroom environment based on the RESPECT, like César Bona has said in a recent survey in channel 4 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sN_73Pl0hA ), as well he remarked: We are not individual bodies and teachers have the great privilege to invite children to look through the window and improve the world they live in. An inclusive education must be rooted in an environment of respect, integration, diversity or equity.
The best way of achieving an inclusive education consist on working together between all the education communities (school, teacher, student and family) to reach a common goal: All the students learn and they feel happy while doing it. Because of that, there should have been ,for example, a curriculum transformation, a teacher's continuous formation, a student's active role in learning or an active participation of families at school and confident to teachers.
Some other aspects learned by the dialogue with the group othersiders are:
To achieve an inclusive education in all the schools there must be an actitude based on tolerance, respect, acceptance and equality.
In addition, it is need a change on education, the curriculum it must be adapted to the necesities of the kids and the XXI society, we have to finish with an industrialized education. Because of that we have to invert on innovation, like on ICT,methodologies, techniques... and improve the adaptation of all the society and education communities to it.
In the process of being inclusive at school, teachers must support and encourage students since they need to feel valued and important in the decision making of the school.
I conclude, affirming that from their logo we can understand easily what inclusive education means: we have different capacities (different bulbs) and it is because of that we are perfect to work in group

Reflections from Cristina Álvarez Domínguez
We, Los Gochos, used the expresion "We are all different and unique" to describe Inclusive Education, meaning that with all our differences, if we work together everything is possible because each of us give something that others can't.
In Intrusive Education we need to keep in mind that all members are needed because it is a democratic model in which every one is an important part of the team. A cooperation between teachers, parents and other people in the educative community is required in order to achieve this kind of education. The classroom enviroment is also essential to get good results.
The centres are prepared for the needs of the members, teachers and students, and respect is one of the fundamental points. With the Inclusive Education any problem has its solution and conflicts are solved using the dialogue and mediation. There is an equitative access for everybody, an education without categories so it means that all the students have the same opportunities thanks to the equity.
Students work on responsibility, values and equality by helping others in the classroom. Sometimes, students help teachers with their work. The role of the teacher is to motivate the students and innovate by using new mothodologies in the classroom such as ICT. But there is also a cooperation between teachers and parents and usually the latter go to the classroom to know what their children are learning and also to use those teaching techniques at home.
Othersiders focused on the individual capacities and differences signifying a curricular change. Moreover, they also paid attention to the teacher's formation to reach an education of the 21st century. In addition, they said that life was education thought the personal experiences and the cahnges.
